Our History
Doug Quick has been a Business Consultant for over 30 years and he understands this business and how to communicate with clients. His wife founded the business in 2019 and used her name and credibility to establish ISO relationships with top lenders in the industry. From the Tax returns that were personally verified, he did not pay taxes on the 1099's sent by the lenders in 2020, 2021, or 2022. Tax returns were filed as joint married but under his social security ending 7029 on the Schedule C form and he did not use the EIN that Advanced Gravity LLC has listed on the Secretary of State of Florida Website. It appears that Doug is not paying the taxes on hundreds of thousands of dollars that was earned over that period. Tax Evasion is a crime.
Doug Quick has proven to be many things from our discovery after doing a deep dive into him and his personal life and business. Because the EIN for Advanced Gravity LLC and earnings reported on the 1099's to the IRS over the years is set up under his wife, she will take the fall if the IRS finds out about the non paid taxes. What kind of man would set up his wife like that for failure? I know, the same kind of man that will steal from any and all brokers that used him to close deals.
He will tell you and your client that he is a direct lender. That is a lie. He will say he is investing his money into the business loan for your client. That is a lie. He will make it appear that he has your best interest in mind. That is a false illusion because in the end he will steal, lie, and refuse to pay your commission that is owed. Avoid him at all cost. I bet his wife has no clue that her EIN is not paying taxes on revenue earned.

In the Commercial Lending world, brokers already put up with to many Lion, Sharks, and Thieves to make a living. And the last thing a hard working broker need is another broker stealing their commissions and their clients. Stay away from Doug Quick at all cost.
